Simply awful, a lack of knowledgeable staff and the owner Joe Mazzone completely lacks credibility- a small bit of research on linked in found he had received his degree in the 70's! Unfortunately, there have been major breakthroughs in marketing since then. Mad Men is an excellent TV show, but played out in the future where thousands of dollars are on the line is a recipe for disaster. If you're looking for professionalism skip this one and go somewhere your money will be well spent.
