They charged me 2.5 hours of labor at 100 when they only worked on my truck for an hour. I questioned it and they said it was right. I have been a customer for awhile but no more. After I posted this review Messer called me concerned about my review. They looked in to the billing and apparently are giving me a credit. Although it says as discussed which I was never called back and told this, I am happy with how they responded and will continue to use them as my plow service provider. I have changed my review to 4 stars. Thank you Messer!
