We got great service from Eric and Ryan at the Westbrook store. On our first visit Eric explained what was broken in our filter, told us where to find it and how to install it. We got the part but couldn’t get it together so ran out to the store and Eric and Ryan put it together for us. It’s such a treat to shop and have experts working there. Namco’s our pool store from now on .
I recently visited your store in Westbrook Maine. I have not visited that store since last year, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well as the customer service. I had the pleasure to meet the new manager, I believe his name is Jerry. He was very professional and courteous. Keep up the good work
