I often wonder how my life would be different without Syler helping us get phones. Before Tyler we never would have bought something like a jbl speaker or a tablet. But there he was to sell us the features and benefits. He related the conversation to our lifestyle and really drove the value home. Just like that we were sold. He even took care of the hackers inside of my phone. You see, these hackers had been following my family around from my computer and my old phone for years. But good old siulus fixed it. When you get a phone go see him regularly and often. He will sit with you patiently and help you resolve all the issues. He will do everything in his power to help you learn how to use the phone. He is patient , professional and calm. I texted and called him all the time. He's my cell phone guy and I can't wait for a new phone and to get the new galaxy phone with my free upgrade.

What a Flantastic location. After the latest bumble, I have decided to upgrade my review from 1 star to a 5 star review. Pants off so Siles for a great customer service experience. What made my experience so great you ask? Well, let me tell you. I simply bought my new phone and the accessories online from a different retailer (not uscellular) and called up Siles, gave him the serial number of my new phone, and he took care of the rest. No account password issues or anything like that, because I'm not old and decrepit and can remember something as simple as a password. Once I punched in my password, the phone said "would you like to move everything from your old phone to this new phone?" and i clicked the yes button. It was pretty flandidari easy-hoo. Why waste my time going into a store to waste the associates time when I can just take care of it all at home?
Good experience over all. I like my phone fine, all reps are all around helpful. I might suggest a little more thoroughness on the part of some reps. Also, when a client comes in and is being helped by one rep, and the store is quiet, the other reps might find something to do rather than hover around listening to the problem
I brought in a Nexus 6 that my son gave me from another network. Silas checked out if it would work on US Cellular. It did so he put in a new Sim card. He swapped all contacts, set up my Google account and everything else that needed to be done. All in no time with no charge. Great job Silas and thank you! I asked if anyone ever tips and he said not to often, so remember to tip when you get such expert assistance. Matt the other CSR is also very talented and experienced with years of service.
