If you’re looking for a vehicle, Westbrook Honda should be at the top of your list. Recently purchased an Infiniti from this dealership and it was hands down the best sales experience I’ve ever had. Scott Taylor got in touch with me after the initial inquiry, very easy going and felt no pressure at all. He set me up to come in and check out the vehicle and price my trade-in. As soon as I got there, he introduced me to Sean Bowen who was like my wingman throughout the whole process. From the test drive to pulling out of the parking lot to bring my new car home, he was by my side the entire way. Even when I had a minor problem with the fuel door, he took care of the issue and went above and beyond. Couldn’t thank him enough. And when it came time to sign the paperwork, Vanessa Seliokas was so easy to work with and offered excellent guidance in finalizing everything. She took the time to explain everything while keeping the process simple and clear. A true expert in her field. I can’t say enough good things about the people at Westbrook Honda. They’re the exact opposite of the horror stories you hear about when buying a car from a dealer. They’ll be my first stop the next time I need a vehicle and they're the go to for anyone asking me where they should go when they need a vehicle. Thank you all again!

It was a very smooth operation. The teamwork between the The online sales person, inhouse sales person and the business manager was amazing. It was a very pleasant buying experience. The negotiation process was done online - I got a good deal. They showed me all the features of the vehicle - very thorough and also set up my phone. The business manager gave me no financial surprises - awesome!. and I qualified for 0% financing - that was really great!
