From start to finish, Wilcox handled the replacement of our central air conditioning unit professionally. When the service technician confirmed that the unit needed to be replaced, he took photos to share with the team so they could provide a price. The Wilcox price was way more competitive than the other firm we contacted. They day the installation was scheduled was during the hurricane power outage. The delivery team assessed their option, put on their headlamps and got the job done. Our power came back later that day and they turned the system on the next morning.
