My sales rep this experience was definitely worth it and educational all at the same time! He made sure I knew EVERYTHING I needed to know before signing. He helped with dealing with my insurance and all. Being a first home buyer isn't easy so he was definitely a huge help with figuring things out! AVS Roofing And Siding has great prices. The before and after are beautiful and the clean up was amazing, it seemed like they were never there!! Definitely would recommend them X10!! Thanks again!!

Very bad experience where I was told that they could do a repair on the roof siding for the small damage, which meant a partial repair. I was quoted for about 1600 and paid the deposit/service fee and accepted on that agreement. Over two months they have given poor communication about the progress on the supplies and out of no where decided that they had to replace the whole thing, which wasn't the agreed upon. This was about 5 to 6 times the initial quote. I called customer service about 10 times and never got a clear answer and that they they would pass along the message and have someone call me. That never happened or not in a timely manner. One day I got in contact supposedly with a manager and they put the blame on me saying it was my fault for the miscommunication. Supposedly someone had closed the job ten days after I had someone come to inspect it, which I never said to close. None of the calls over the two months had any representatives told me that it was closed. I was told that it was the past and to forget about it when it was their fault and they expected me to pay another fee to get someone out again. You couldn't even keep your promise on the first agreed on contract and expect me the second one won't be broken. Even if I took the initial quote they didn't even have the supplies where there was no way I would go all through this trouble again. After all this disaster I got a partial refund because of their lack of communication. They couldn't even give me the whole thing back because of their error and misdirection. For some reason they decide to decrease the deposit/service fee by 150 over the two months. If you couldn't do the job for the first quote, don't hold me up for months and give another quote that was not agreed on. Be wary of this business. Service might be good when done, but horrible customer service where they will put the blame on you somehow.
Marcus did an amazing job! He is thorough and considerate! He goes above and beyond what the average roofer would do. He DOES NOT cut corners! When he finished, my yard was as clean as it was when he started. You'd never know I just had a total re-roof. Very clean! Superb!!
Great work! Did a new roof at my house. AVS Roofing And Siding has a team who all work together to get the job done. From the office to the job site, everyone was great to deal with. There moved the job quickly and were very responsive when needed. Most importantly the final product is excellent. Highly recommended.
I recently called AVS Roofing And Siding after hurricane Harvey and they came out very fast and fixed my roof immediately. Their job was spectacular and made sure I was completely satisfied. I was very pleased with how they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend !!
