I’ve been using Omega for almost a year now and I’ve always had excellent service. I receive a helpful text message the day before they’re due as a reminder and they always ring the doorbell when they arrive just to let me know they’re here and starting work. I have a 3 storey house with velux windows which are always cleaned to the same high standard as the ground floor windows. I also have a lounge extension which features 2 entirely glass walls/doors and they always come up gleaming! All in all I’m very pleased with the service.
Have used Omega for over 2 years. First class service and quality. Informed by text day before, always arrive. Easy payment. I highly recommend and often refer to my friends. More than just a window cleaning service!
