Called these late at night and was surprised when someone actually answered the phone. Told them about the bat I'd found in my upstairs bathroom and they sent a guy out within a couple of hours, in the middle of the night, to come and retrieve it. Had a little look around at the same time to make sure it got in through an open window and nowhere else, and also gave us a few tips on how we could better protect our property from intruders. Went above and beyond for us, couldn't speak highly enough about them.

Long story short, my better half found a bat on the bedroom floor while were in bed together. I was told there would be no more ‘in bed together’ if I didn't sort the problem out, and not to try my “DIY job” this time. I gave this company a call to avoid getting divorced, basically. They're a great bunch of guys - very friendly and professional too. The job was done in no time at all. No bats since they completed it. Everyone is happy … and so am I!
Very knowledgeable and quick to respond.
I wanted bats to no longer fly around my house at night and that’s just what this company has managed to achieve. Third company lucky!
