Service was poor and store has pests. They swiped my card and walked away and put down my ice tea at a different register. I stood there waiting and then the staff said my ice tea was over there. Never occurred to them to hand it to me or at least put it by the register l ordered at. To top things off a millipede fell onto my table halfway through my drink. See picture. I got up, threw out the drink and left.
I recommend customers to go in to place they order. The cashier used the same gloves to ring the register, handle money & grab donuts with the same gloves WITHOUT using the tissue paper ... Really how disgusting

Something seriously wrong with this dunkin. Only reason I go here is confidence and empty drive thru but now I know why its empty. I always mobile order and add 2 extra pumps for swirl flavor and the only reason I do the extra 2 pumps is because it taste like plain coffee most of the time. It's like they dont read the ticket order I'm done with their watered ice coffee with no flavor. Ps .im not crazy about sugar either
I went there for breakfast and ordered a sausage egg cheese bagle, toasted, and a iced coffee cream and sugar. Coffee had zero sugar and my toasted bagle tasted like charred dirty oven.
Walked in. No one at counter.Then after a minute or so I walked over to the pickup counter and saw one employee working the drive up and another in the back on her cellphone. I asked is anyone working the counter? The one got off her cell phone and waited on me with a you disturbed me face. She did put her mask on but did not where gloves. She did use a tissue to place my donuts in a bag. Donuts are over a dollar each and appear slightly smaller than before covid-19. Still good though.
