It was a little dated. There were stains on the carpet in the room. Light bulbs burned out. The breakfast was so so. The oatmeal was super runny and most times, Hamptons have the area setup 10-15 minutes ahead of time. Not here. It was opened a few minutes after 0600 every day. There was a huge gathering of people waiting each morning.

Maybe we were unlucky with the date for our stay here but it wasn't up the the standards set by other Hampton Inns or by the reviews. Upon entering, the lobby area a dark and dirty. Seat cushions were stained and the area looked uncared for. Our first-floor room was also very dark, small, and not very well cared for. The blinds did not work well (I thought I was going to rip them off the wall just trying to lower them to block the view straight from the parking lot), the bathroom was very small and showing its age, the door to the hallway was loose in the frame and didn't seem like it would hold up to someone giving it a push. The overall appearance just seemed to be of disrepair and neglect. We had just spent a week at the Hampton Inn in Kenosha, WI, which was a fantastic hotel. We've stayed at many different Hampton's over the years and this one was definitely not up to the expectation set by the brand.
The room was perfect, compact, comfy and perfect for my busy schedule. Friendly staff and quick service, from check in to check out. Highly recommended!
Well all was very nice but price was 30 dollars more than Internet price said. What ever happened to small fridge to keep drinks cool and maybe a microwave to heat up your own food thank god I travel with a cooler otherwise my food be going bad but oh well there's a bed
I'm disabled, the staff is OUTSTANDING! I requested a fridge and microwave the evening I arrived. They assured me I would have them. Early the following morning, my request was honored. The Continental breakfast offered many selections. There was coffee ALWAYS hot and fresh.
I enjoyed being there, clean, I felt safe there. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
The staff were attentive and kind. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable needs. I would definitely enjoy staying here again!!!
This is an older building but it has been very well cared for. Beautiful decor and very clean. Great service, friendly staff and good food. I would stay there again and I would recommend this place to any friends and family that needed to stay a night or two. The only thing this hotel did not have was a swimming pool.
