I am writing this review because I don’t think it’s fair that he has 2 stars. He has a calm temperament and spent at least 20 minutes answering all my questions. I probably repeated my questions and he never got short with me.. even explaining things a second time.

Dr. Houston was very kind and forthcoming, explaining the condition in careful detail with diagrams so that we could understand. He was respectful and gave us all the time we wanted, even though it was late and at the end of his day. I had similar experiences during previous consultations.

We were scheduled for 10:15 appointment. After waking my child up early Memorial Day weekend and driving and hour for appointment we were still not seen by 11:30 am. It was at that time a customer who came after us complained they were going to cancel their appointment and our appointment was given to them. This all happened after I overheard receptionist tell other customer that we were in front of them with minor procedure. We had the same scheduled appointment time and we arrived twenty minutes earlier. My sons information was shared with other customer in regards to the time it would take to complete my appointment. It was not a good experience at all. He was condescending to my me and my 8yr old son. He did not believe the severity of pain my son was having everyday. It felt like we were being brushed off. No Stars
