Awful. Shown in stock. Wasn’t. Mailed 9 days ago still not received. Don’t answer emails at all. Very disappointing. Update: it had been posted to an address not known. It finally arrived with me 2 weeks late. To be fair to the store I have increased my rating from 1 star to 3 star. Please do take on board the real importance of answering emails. I only found out on this review response what was happening and no emails I have sent have been replied to at all. If you do order from here be prepared to contact by phone as the only form of communication that works.

Amazingly helpful! The multi-point lock on our back door wasn't working and I had no idea how to fix it. I emailed DG and they helped me to identify the very old style lock and confirmed they stocked it. I took the lock to the shop to confirm what parts needed replacing (expecting to pay in excess of 200 to replace the entire lock). When I arrived the gentleman there was very helpful and looked at problem with the lock whilst I was waiting. He was able to repair the old lock I had and saved me having to buy a whole new one, I'm very grateful. Thanks again! would definitely recommend.

I ordered a product which i never received. I paid for delivery but they send it out as normal delivery which is not recorded so it cannot be tracked. Been nearly 2 weeks. Asked for a refund and they go once they receive it from royal mail they will give it. What a joke. AVOID this company.
