Very poor service, particularly in recommending products. They seem to recommend products/manufacturers that give them better commercial terms rather than what may actually be better for the customer. Incorrectly overcharged me and when another two issues with the order needed resolved Jamie was unhelpful and refused to resolve with the first one and simply didn’t get back to me to discuss the other one. Be very careful with these guys - they are all very pleasant prior to placing the order but that all quickly changes after that.

Transformed out once fashionable 1960's blue bathroom into a haven of modern calm. Best selection of quality bathroom fittings in the area. It was hard to choose from the vast array but with Jamie and his team were on hand to help you choose the most appropriate items for your bathroom, from tiles to taps, we were more than happy with their recommendations, it made the whole process reasonably simple, if not a little more pricey than others, but you get what you pay for. Our fitter Neil put up with all my questions during the fitting, he was a pleasure to have around (and when a total refit takes 2 weeks, you need to be comfortable with your fitter). Any 'snags' we had were quickly sorted by Darren, who couldn't have been more helpful.

Very disappointing service. We had help with products and design. They didn’t take into account our bathroom was small and sold us large products we have since discovered they don’t fit. They exchanged for smaller lower spec items but refused to give us back the price difference. They up sell and prices are NOT competitive. Very unhelpful. We have 3 further bathroom refurbs to carry out and will be taking our custom elsewhere!!

Cannot praise Jamie and the team at Westcountry Tile & Bathroom Ltd enough, from their 1st visit to us to discuss our requirements, to us visiting the showroom and being helped with our choice of the various items to make our main bathroom, a fantastic room, the fitting was superb through their recommended fitter Will and we are extremely happy with our finished bathroom. As previously stated, we cannot recommend Jamie and the team highly enough, will be looking at our ensuite bathroom shortly. Thanks Jamie and your team - Tony and Jenny
