went in to have a shower, they were freezing and didn't get warm at all! there was also no soap at all in any of the hand dispensers in the shower communal area where the sinks are. I told the manager and he didn't really seem bothered and just said yeah OK whilst walking away at the same time. no apology offered or anything! really disappointing, especially during these times were going through with Covid and lockdown! oh and there's still drain flies everywhere!!

More pleasant than the bigger services you find on M1 and M40, for example though no nice outlooks here. No nice greenery no nice outdoor space. But it's not a long way to anything inside which is good. Has the basics and is clean and tidy.
