If you're trying to pick up freight, good luck. Last week I waited over an hour, just to have them say they cannot load me because I have coffee in my trailer. Coffee smell cannot be on their freight. Today they sent me to another building I prepare I unlock my trailer I back up to the door I go ring the bell and the guy says sorry we made a mistake you got to go back to the original building. Now I'm sitting here it's 85 degrees outside I'm burning up they don't want my tractor running and I got to wait for them to load my trailer. I've been in this business for 30 years, I never seen a big organization be so unprofessional and disorganized.
Quick load but tight if more than 3 trucks
Lazy office staff.. forklift drivers load it quick but office takes hrs just to give u paperwork. Avoid this place if u can
Had to drive urgent load from this place to Colorado. Came 6:35pm there and got loaded 7:45pm. Heavy load but fast loading time. Good job!
