This review is specifically for one of the brokers at this establishment. I am an existing customer and had placed a request for a quote for landlord insurance during the previous week on the same property for a different provider. I called back on Thursday of the next week for follow up and subsequently got an email for a Liz Bautista that my quotes were coming within the next few hours. Then I got an email saying that she needed my date of birth and the address of my primary residence. This is the first time that I've been asked for personal sensitive information for a quote on a rental property. After I provided her with the info then she said she could not submit my request as well as told me that she could not transfer me to her supervisor regarding my concerns of how disclosing sensitive information to her and then without submitting for the quote she was able to determine that she could not help me. I have other rental policies and this is the first time I've had to disclose this type of info or been told that there would be an issue of insuring one rental because of having others.

Patrick has found typical insurance products at great values and has found difficult coverage products in a timely manner.
