Had a huge boiler emergency. Called some places and they couldn’t help me as it was late in the day. These guys were brilliant though, kept the shop and their driver working over time just so they can help me and the family. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will shop again.

First visit I was charged 250 for two plastic elbows instead of 2.50, luckily I read my receipt from pdq machine and questioned the staff, and only then they refunded the 247.50 difference. On another visit I went with a family member to return a mirror, staff were very awkward about returning it although I only wanted to exchange it. They refused the return as there was a chip in the corner although that was already there and then they became aggressive when I argued my point. They started swearing and physically pushed me out of the shop. At this point I had no choice but to call the police to the site as this was unacceptable
