Becoming greedy, difficult and rude. Too difficult to book an appointment for my mum as the practice is getting very bad due to great rudeness to their patients. The manager called Stacy did not resolve the problem and she was very difficult and rude. My mum had to change the practice as she had urgent condition. My dad had also a minor procedure last year and the dentist dr IKER LEZCANO, let him leave the practice with blood coming from his mouth, dripping a lot in the street, the dentist did not bother himself to finish the treatment. They are Getting vert bad and will lose their patients due to bad management.
