My daughter has a heart condition which is noted on her medical records. Twice now I have tried to get the medication that she HAS to take every single day from this gp, only to be refused!! The gp doesnt bother to contact to tell you that they cannot prescribe it, they just wait until you call to ask why it's not in the pharmacy. Quite disgusting considering that if my daughter isnt medicated the consequences could be extremly serious!!

Friendly and efficient staff and doctors. My whole family has been registered with them for over 20 years. Three of us have serious health conditions and we are always helped a great deal. I can't believe some of these reviews; treat people with respect and u will receive it. Some people have been overly critical which is unfair to the surgery.

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. I have been \on their books\ for the last 6 years and in that time I have always been offered an appointment with a doctor within a few days, and sometimes on the day and even, on one occasion, within 10 minutes. (prob a cancellation) On the last occasion the doctor diagnosed a serious situation, administered oxygen, and arranged for me to be admitted to Queens Hosp. Potentially lifesaving. Many thanks

Not open to seeing anyone. Ages before the doctor calls you back and insane safety measures for something which should be a priority...your health. Still in pain with my stomach and diarrhoea, yet I can’t even get a phone appointment for a week. Sad times. Next complaint 3/8/20 Scheduled a call with the doctor for the 3rd time after 3 weeks of stomach pain and Diarrhea. The doctor didn’t call back on the scheduled time, then when I tried to call back after waiting for 15 minutes on the phone I was cut off before I had a chance to speak to the reception. Appalling.
