has had my vw Jetta for over 12 months - written promise to put it on a computer, fix it etc. I settled to him arranging a tow for it to my house 4 months ago, this still has not been actioned. speaks terribly of his staff, and takes preference to valium as payment. I don't recommend him as a mechanic - you get what you pay for, that's why his rates are so "competitive"
