Great Place to live. Staff is courteous and helpful. Great Amenities, clubhouse with a pool table, kitchen area, computer stations and a media room (complete with popcorn!) Exercise room with treadmills, elliptical and weight station. Pool area is amazing, with patio tables w/umbrellas, lounge chairs and a covered area, as well as a fire pit and a BBQ grill! I can't say enough, I love it here and highly recommend Arden Park!
Courteous and pleasant office staff! Maintenance staff listens to your concerns and makes repairs timely. Great amenities!
