DONT EVER MOVE HERE. They have no office in their building, no safety here if anything were to happen. Maintenance never come only here “twice a week”. Every time they switch maintenance and owners, now all they have is a manager. My point exactly in all this is do not move here... nothing ever gets fixed EVER .. they have 1 guy fixing ac for 6 complexes that’s bizzare and cheap to me.

Overall a good place but, the manager is very , very, very rude. Josh is the manager not only is he rude but, he lies straight to your face! When\u200b you ask to speak with supervisor he either says no or, gets other workers like the maintenance to speak to you. He's not in the office 85% of the time and he doesn't pick up the phone 98% of the time. Not only does he lie but he thinks people are stupid and he changes the story all the time. He cusses out people and he'll charge you for anything imaginable really. This is a good place to live and it's also clean environment for people with kids. But, if this manger doesn't get fired soon people will leave like many of my neighbors. Most of the time I go open the mailbox\u200b, he's either arguing with a tenant or maintenance man.
It is always close they are only open 2 days and tha2 days they don't help the community noting fix the New management so rude very disrespectful and the manager Josh hi is laes and mean very bad person overall people in the office so bad and they ignored the problem this townhouses have they not fixed anything even the too days they open they're left early 1pm overall this village is good place to live especial people whith kid is and clean iviroment the only problem they have is the New management Josh and his team and only 2 days office opening
Property looks a mess. Trash is often around the dumpsters! Property always covered with leaves and trash!
I don't like how they are open for 2 days. They rarely come and they still haven't fixed my toilet! We asked them since last year and they did nothing about it. After a fire occurred, they haven't fixed our doors because the police slammed them open. They have bad people and there are people who smoke and have parties every night. Not a good place at all.....
