The customer service in leasing office is outstanding! Chloe and Brittni are very professional but also sweet and personable. The technology Champion utilizes for leasing is top notch and makes the process very simple. My unit was immaculate when I moved in and there was a very nice card and thank you gift left for me. Also, the customer service doesn’t stop after the lease is signed. Brittni saved me a lot of money by helping me with my automatic rent payment. I highly recommend Emerson Park.

Super chill place! Well maintained apartments. Office staff are very nice, and get things done fast and hassle free! Maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing, and as well gets things fixed fast! My toilet seat was broke, and my oven drawer on my first day and everything was fixed the next day, with no hassle. My dog loves the dog park. My kiddo loves the new and big wooden park they have inside the apartment complex. Also the clubhouse is a very nice and chill place to go hang out. clubhouse is now open their before business hours and after business hours to community members, from 7am to 10pm. Sunsets are beautiful here. Only wish I have is that maybe we could get some more heavier dumbbells in the weight room, and maybe a squat machine. #photocred #fallsunset
My husband and I moved into Emerson Park for our first home. Brittni and the rest of the team are second to none. They answered every question we had while we were still looking, while we lived their, and during our process of finding a new home too! They made life super easy and the team was always super accessible. Apartments are cozy and customizable, amenities are great, and the community we were in was amazing!
We love Emerson Park. We could not have asked for a better location. The staff responds to inquiries very quickly, and is very accommodating. Great value for your money and great location.
Emerson Park is the sixth apartment, other than single family homes, in the last fifty years and is by far the nicest and friendliest I’ve ever lived in. Four in the last twenty years have all been brand new. From the time I entered the community first Brittni and Kaitlin and now Brittni and Chloe have done a fabulous job to make me feel welcome. The maintenance crew do a good job of correcting problems in a timely manner. I will probably stay here till I need to move to assisted living. Brittni and Chloe do you proud in watching out for your residence. I for one have minor mobility problems and these two are always watching out for me. For sure your staff does an exceptional job in maintaining community. Thank you. Phil K
We have live here since the apartments have opened. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is spacious and is rarely crowded. My girls absolutely love the pool and pool area, especially the splash deck. I live here with my wife and 3 kids and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with a play ground and a dog park.(very pet friendly) Jacob S.
My partner and I moved in about two months ago, and we have loved it here ever since! We love how spacious and nice our unit is and how affordable the rent has been. There's also tons of green space, and the buildings are all nicely spread out so there's always plenty of parking. It was huge plus for us that the apartment came with a washer and dryer and has two humongous closets. Additionally, the management at Emerson Park is fantastic. Not only are they super friendly, but they are extremely willing to help with anything you might need. We also have had a great experience with Maintenance. They came the very next day after placing a work order. We would definitely recommend checking this place out!
Emerson Park is a wonderful place to call home. There is plenty of green space to enjoy, a pet park, playground and community gardens. The office staff is amazing. They go above and beyond for you and any needs you may have. Maintenance is reliable and usually have any maintenance requests done within 24 hours or less. It's a nice community with all age groups living here and I have met some wonderful people. I feel very safe walking my dog day or night. It's in a great location.Your not far from going any direction, New Albany. Westerville, Polaris or Easton. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.
