I will start by saying I LOVE This property, very clean and beautiful apartment/town homes. The staff was amazing. When my husband and I were looking Gabby ( that works in the front office) helped me when I called in with questions and inquiries about the different rentals they offer. She went above and beyond to answer questions we had as well making sure we felt very comfortable coming to her with any concerns. She also gave use a tour or the property and was extremely professional and sweet. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested it’s a beautiful place to live and ask for Gabby she was awesome!!!

Casket Taste

I live in CA and was planning on moving back home to Ohio. After searching through apartments online I came across Fairway Lakes and decided to call to find out more information. I spoke to a very pleasant lady named Gabby on the phone who was more than helpful with my questions about the property and the cost. We set up a walk through for a couple weeks out. I unfortunately never got the chance to come back due to a better position opening up at my job here in CA however, when I'm able to move back I'll definitely be taking a tour.

I want to start by saying that I have rented from the same property management company before and loved them so I'm hoping this isn't a new trend for the company. The outside property is very pretty and kept up but my personal unit is very disappointing. I reached out to office personnel and management was annoyed by my request to have the refrigerator replaced due to mold, carpet thinning where nails are sticking out, stains everywhere and more. It took a week for some of these issues to be fixed and management is refusing to do anything about the carpet. I left a message for Sal, the regional last Wednesday and he has yet to call me back. My advise when looking at this property is to make sure you are in the unit you are originally promised (I am not) and to do a complete walk through and have any issues you notice fixed prior to move in and lease signing including normal wear, paint and cleaning.

This is my first time moving by myself and fairway lakes has been nothing but amazing and very helpful. The area is so quiet and beautiful. I love my view and honestly I never wanna leave this place. Definitely recommend moving here! And shout out to Kenzie for being so nice!!

Awful experience. We were promised a pond view. We were given the address a few weeks before move in. When we went for the walkthrough it was not the promised address. It was a main street view. With only 2 days until we moved in they said they would fix it. Move in day, we got the promised apartment with the pond view but it was dirty and falling apart. Cracks along the walls, holes in the floor near the walls where the building shifted, gaps from where the shower used to be due to shifting. They didn't tape off the ceiling or floorboards before painting so there is tan paint all across the ceilings and floorboards. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything or they just don't respond. We had our kitchen sink completely clogged for over a week before they ever came to look at it. Our AC didn't work for a week before they came and fixed it. Columbia Gas red tagged our hot water heater when we moved in but they refused to replace it. Office staff is only nice if you're not in need of anything. They offer discounted rent if you add a positive review online. Renters beware. You won't be happy.
