I have been a patient of Dr Wilmer for many years. I always feel like I receive excellent care, and I learn something new each time from Dr. Wilmer, who is a great teacher! Jan is terrific, too, and sends me off with paper work documenting the results of the appointment.

This is a wonderful place to receive care. Both physicians and staff really listen to my concerns. I recommend KSI to anyone needing a nephrologist.

They do not care about there patients they cancel your scheduled appointment without contacting you then they tell you well we called you and no response they don't bother trying to contsct you in other ways even though they have all your personal information then when you fund out they have cancelled your appointment they try to reschedule for even a later date.instwad of getting you right in since they are the ones who cancelled your appointment to begin with.these people could care less about you or your issues.they tell you they will take good care of you which is just lip service.they give you a password to there patient portal only to find out it don't work and they could care less.they tell you they will run tests and you never hear back the results and when you call them they act like they know Nothing about your case.i would not recommend these people nor any of there locations to anyone.
