I lived there for a short time. Apartments are.. fine. Besides the fact that you can literally hear your next door neighbor coughing because the walls are that thin. When I moved out, I didn't receive even a portion of my deposit back. Assuming this is because I broke the lease early (Military orders were given). I did not question it, because I did not want to even communicate with this staff again, as they made me extremely uncomfortable anytime I was in there presence.. Now- 2 years after I have been moved out, and moved accross the US- They have sent a 'debt' to collections. As im wondering what I could possibly owe them money for, Im also wondering why It took 2 years before I even knew I had a charge. Not one phone call, email, nothing, in the past 2 years. After calling in attempt to get some answers, the head of office, Becky, was extremely rude to me, and could not seem to give me a straight answer on what the charge actually was for, or why nobody had reached out. I would have had no problem paying a debt that I owed, but not when Its this suspicious. So, after talking to her she suggests disputing it, which I did. Now here I am today, showing it is unresolved because they have fought my dispute. Mind you - this is 150.... Now- nobody will answer my phone calls. I am not surprised as Becky just tried to talk over me the entire conversation. Overall, there's way better places to spend your money.

I lived here in 2013 and absolutely loved my home. Since I left they have done renovations and made their apartments amazing. I loved our maintenance team and the leasing office team. So grateful for my time at Little Turtle!

I noticed my allergy symptoms have been getting worse and worse, having mysterious autoimmune ailments like frozen shoulder and thyroiditis. I took a peak inside my air ducts at Silver Tree Apartments and this is what I found - 30 years of mold, rodent feces, animal hair, bacteria... I contacted the the Borror Property Manager and received no sympathy. For 38 days all I heard was \Still checking\. Today I heard, they are refusing to do anything and they tell me it was my choice to live without heat or AC for the past 38 days, with temperatures below 40F and above 80F. I recommend opening up your return air ducts and shining in a bright light. Be prepared to be disgusted.
