Wow what a mess. Front office is an absolute disaster. Dont expect any sense of urgency from lauren. Its like they will get to things when its convenient. Saw multiple people acting really suspicious over the 3 years I lived there. Car break in, multiple police involved incidents and packages being stolen were all a daily occurence at the cove. Gets way worse after dark! once again no urgency from front office. Lauren likes to take her time.

I have lived here on a bottom unit and never have had any issues. Everyone that visits finds it so serene and peaceful. People are amazed that Westerville Road is so close. The grounds are always kept manicured, pool is fantastic and office staff truly cares about my happiness here. Not only that, but first and foremost they care for the property and have a great maintenance crew that cares also. I would not stay here if what I stated wasn't the facts. As a matter of fact I left my purse on my patio(ground floor) all night until I reliazed it was not in the house. I went in at 10 pm and retrieved at 12:45 pm the next day. Had cash, keys, cards, etc., it was sitting right in the chair highly visible on sunny day. My blinds and drapes were shut I know people saw it, but never touched anything. Staying until I retire to the ocean. Any season is so pretty here! I just read all the reviews and truly amazed at the negative reviews. I love my home here and never any issues with neighbors.
I signed a lease in March it was ok for a bit but it has really Changed here lately! No help from office staff really when there’s issues in our building! From people kicking packages to vandalizing to leaving trash everywhere..it’s horrible...they don’t take people’s feelings into consideration. Definitely look at all your options before moving here!
Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE living experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars. CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT. geesh what cruel non understanding office staff on every occasion. I hope they never experience issues and have to deal with staff like them! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
I haven’t even lived here for 6 months yet and have had two things stolen. One was car parts and the other was a bike- that was on a patio on the second story. I understand that this isn’t an issue with the leasing or the maintenance but a sense of safety is a big part of deciding where to live. I don’t feel safe here and I’m not going to renew my lease. The neighbors are unfriendly and expensive things get stolen and no one does a thing about it.
