What an amazing experience! I had to move on a very short notice for a job and Kat made the process extremely smooth. Kat is sweet as can be and always answered my questions quickly. I was amazed at how smooth the application process was and couldn't be happier that they set up my utilities for me. One less things to worry about during a move. Top notch service all around :) I am very excited to be apart of the Rocky Ridge community!

WOW! Amanda and Kat are both SO kind and helpful during the apartment search process. They are informed, patient and understanding with my many questions. Moving to an unknown area is scary and overwhelming and they have taken away the uneasiness feeling for me. They have reached out to me on several occasions checking in to see how I was doing and have been helpful to update me if prices on the apartment I was looking at dropped, or new specials were added! I can't thank them enough for their help during my move!
I brought my goddaughters mom to the Ravines at Rocky Ridge on Sunday 1-24-21 after talking with Kat on the prior day. Let me start with why I brought the afore mentioned person back to the Ravines at Rocky Ridge. Kat was extremely polite, professional, and made a great first impression of the complex that she works for. She explained everything to me so that I had detailed information to pass on to the potential tenant. I did indeed return on Sunday and Kat was so polite with my goddaughter and her mom and she went over everything again in detail with the same professionalism as the day before and acknowledged my goddaughter by talking with her as well. They have not decided yet if they will be filling out the application to move in but the apartment was very nice and it was clean not to mention the grounds were well kept. If you are looking for a place to live I have to say that in our opinion Ravines at Rocky Ridge would be a great place. If you want a polite and friendly not to mention knowledgeable staff and a nice apartment I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Kat for being awesome.
I have been living in the complex for the past 2 years and just renewed my lease for 2021. I like this area quite a bit and also find my living conditions quite lovely. Kat and Amanda from the new management company were both very helpful and patient. I completed the entire renewal process via email in a very timely manner. They responded fast and addressed my concerns throughly. I would recommend!
We just moved here about two weeks ago and absolutely love this complex!! The staff was wonderful and was very helpful during the move in process. Our unit is very nice and spacious and the location is ideal!!
