This was just this morning. My husband and I went here (for the first time) as I’ve been craving lox spread. Husband went in, got our bagels to go and two cups of coffee. Husband got in the car, I opened my container, took a bite and I tasted it right away - mold. Their lox spread is old.

Ew. This was just this morning. My husband and I went here (for the first time) as I’ve been craving lox spread. Husband went in, got our bagels to go and two cups of coffee. Husband got in the car, I opened my container, took a bite and I tasted it right away - mold. Their lox spread is old. I opened my bagel and saw it right away - moldy pieces of salmon - so obvious - the color, smell, and obviously the taste. So gross. Not even toasted as asked. Husband got a sesame bagel with butter, so that’s what we both ended up eating. Sesame bagel was stale - and there was barely butter spread. Funny thing is there was a long line and seemed like people were big fans. \u200d️ I guess we just got super unlucky? Nevertheless, they should check their spreads and bagels; and we won’t be going back. P.S. Thought coffee would at least be good - but nope. Even coffee’s below par.

My go to bagel place when I’m home - it truly makes home feel like home . Can’t go wrong with a fresh & toasted Everything Bagel w/ cream cheese ! Great spot to catch up with friends too ! Only downside is the staff on 75% of my visits have been short/ impatient / rude to me and other patrons ... don’t expect to schmooze or take your time ordering

Used to be my favorite bagel place. I travel across 2 towns to go there. I've been going there since my kids were young and they now have kids of their own. However, I will NEVER set foot in there again after how I was treated this past Thursday. After attending a funeral, I stopped to pick up lunch for my family. There were 3 people ahead of me. After waiting on the person in front of me, the guy taking the orders just never came back. I figured maybe they needed to catch up and waited patiently for someone to take my order. No one even acknowledged me. Several minutes later, an older couple came in and stood next to me to place an order. The guy immediately started to take their order and I said that I had been waiting and was next. The woman apologized and told the guy that I was there before them. He still refused to take my order and told them to give him their order. After taking their order, he continued to ignore me. Now, almost in tears, I said loudly that I had been very patient and was there a reason why no one would take my order? Finally a different guy came over and took it. I never found out why the first guy - the short, round-headed Spanish guy, continued to purposely ignore me. As much as this has been my favorite bagel place, I will not be back. I do not need to be treated this way and I did not even receive an explanation, let alone an apology.
