Horrible is an understatement. They NEVER answer the phone when you are trying to check on your loved on. They only do video conference 1x per week. I was told I can do a window visit and I called before I went because I live a hour each way back for a total of 2 hrs of driving. When I got there they pretended they didnt know who told me I could do a window visit after I already received permission. Then when I finally was allowed to go to her window they said I don't know where your mom window is so you have to walk around the building and keep looking in random people's windows trying to find your mom. Then I found out they have a lawsuit against them for abuse and neglect and when I brought that up as a reason I want to see my mom to make sure she's okay in there they still didn't care enough to answer the phone. When I was transferred to the nurses station they hung up on me. I always have to call 3 to 4x just to check on my mom. This is hard because visits are not allowed so what do they expect of course families are calling to check because we are not allowed to see them. I regret ever sending our mom there.

I didn’t want to believe the reviews on this facility with regards to poor communication but my Brother was recently admitted to this facility and I have yet to receive a call from anyone providing status on his care. I’ve called and left messages along with my contact number at the nurses station and have not received a returned call. I had taken clean clothes to the Westfield Center on the day my brother was admitted and have no idea if he has received the clothes. This is very poor customer service! I’m not happy about this at all. This facility was highly recommended to me however I’m very concerned about my brother’s care!

At first I was hesitant to send my dad here. I saw a couple bad reviews. But there were some good ones so I thought we would give it a try. Boy, did we make the right decision! The staff was great! The nurses and assistants on Jefferson really made my dad feel welcomed. He still talks about them till this day. I would recommend this place to everyone!

They are very nice people that work there. They made us feel like part of the family. They even arranged time for us to see our aunt. Seeing her made us very happy and she was smiling, I could see through the mask. Thank you

The facility has Poor communication, no one calls with updates unless you pursue answers. During this pandemic they do not accommodate family visits for working individuals on weekends, resulting in depression. Staff does not check on the patients frequent enough, especially since they are closed in their rooms, leaving them with no bathroom assistance or water, or oxygen. They only check on them every 2 hours!!! Alot can happen in 2 hours. 12 patients to 1 aide!!! My mom was locked in a room with a patient who blocked the door with a dresser and broke the wi dow and staff was unaware until I reported it after seeing it from the outside. Mom experienced dazed glare due dehydration not enough fresh water. Some of the aides and RNs are great BUT short staffed is an issue.
