At our property in Brocton, every other place in the area said they couldn’t service us without major construction. Consolidated came out and set up in no time. Been great service for a few months now.

Consolidated had the absolute worse service in Chautauqua County. I live only 1 mile out of the village if Westfield and this is my internet speed. 2.48 mbps download, .92 mbps upload. And for this I pay 79 a month.

No answer after \u003e15 minutes on hold. No return call after 2 weeks from our last call requesting information. Poor, I mean NO service! But the bills come on time.

Apparently after 16 days of having service, someone shut it off. I called and it took them 3 hours to tell me they can’t find my account. So on Easter weekend I have no internet. Both kids are home from school and it’s rainy outside. I’m way irritated I’m thinking about switching my service. Passed around from person to person while I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours of the 3 hours on the phone, the one girl didn’t even answer me when I’d ask her questions and when I’d say “hello”? She’d say “oh, you’re talking to me?” Uhm. Who else would I be asking about internet?!? Imbecile.

Customer service is a joke, rude, unhelpful people. I have been without Internet for a week now and I have called many times to find out what is going on. Not one person can tell me anything, they haven't asked me what the problem even is. This happened 6 months ago and it turned out they did an \update\ and changed my password. Took them 4 days before they could figure that out.
