I went in to buy one of those hair brush hair dryers and when I got home to unbox it, I found the box to have been already opened and the product already USED. There was someone’s blonde hair all over the bristles and I just can’t believe they put that back on the sales floor without inspecting it, especially since it was a return. I didn’t even get an apology for it. They should be careful about certain returned products and putting them back on the sales floor, especially during these times. Made me very uncomfortable.
