Unfortunately, not good customer service and no signs of caring at all. In the past, service use to be great! Spoke with a nurse, who did not tell her name, said go to pharmacy store and talk to a pharmacist. They will help you out. Total phone conversation lasted 45seconds with a good luck. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Since Trinity Health took over management of Riverbend and Mercy Hospital, it has become one of the worst medical operations in New England. The individual physicians and nursing staff are wonderful but they are working within a Trinity administrative structure that is flat-out awful. Trinity is putting their patient's lives at risk because their medical communication system is almost non-existent. Trinity Health is wholly owned and managed by the Catholic Church. The Church should stop dispensing medicine and go back to simply dispensing religion.

My fiancee called to get an appointment because of chest pains and was told they don't handle that there and next time the symptoms return to go return go to the ER and that they will see him after he has a heart attack would not give an appt or referral to see a specialist.
