Let me start of by saying WOW, WOW, WOW!! I've lived in this beautiful property for about a year now. The new management team is amazing! Bell Partners has implement new and exciting changes. Staff members are so welcoming, attentive, and friendly. I love walking around the property and seeing so many happy faces. Work request orders are always taken care of expeditiously by maintenance manager Joseph and his technician Tomas. This is by far the best hassle free living environment I've had the pleasure of living in. Thank you Bell Management for such a wonderful job in a short period of time.

My wife found these luxury apartments online earlier this year. This place is incredible. Hanover Westford Valley checks off all the boxes you would want checked. The apartments are stunning, you can bring your pet, they have a 24 hour gym on site, and a playground for the kids. This summer we enjoyed the pool and got some tanning in. What I like the most is the Management Team here lead by Dean. I have seen and dealt with a lot of these teams in my many years as a Realtor. When I have a question I get in touch with Dean. He is so hands on it's incredible. You don't find many Manager's like that. He has a great team. Anyone of them will assist you asap regarding any needs. You have to check this place out. Minutes from the highways and the local businesses here meet all your needs. Very happy here.
Very nice looking apartment, amenities are great and the staff in the office are nice, the maintenance team is exceptionally professional. (well, at least the one who's always coming to our unit - we had many issues and things needed to be fixed when we moved in that we got to know him well) But the problem is that the building has a very poor soundproofing. We hear every footsteps of our upstairs neighbors. I can no longer stay asleep once they wake up and they wake me up every morning including weekends. We hear everything, the sound of things being dropped, furniture being moved, but worst thing of all is their child running around as if she or he is at playground, back and forth, at full speed. It's beyond annoying. I've complained and I think the staff has talked to them a few times but nothing changed. Our upstairs neighbors don't seem to care. It's not really entirely their fault but I find it very inconsiderate. I really, really wish the building had a better soundproofing. I hate the fact that I have to deal with this noise every single day. I even get depressed listening to the noise every evening after work when I would love to be relaxing quietly. Perhaps it doesn't bother everybody, or not everybody has a bad luck with their neighbors, but I'm truly disappointed.
There should be accommodations when it comes to the amenities just like every business is doing, but of course Bell Westford decided to take advantage and close everything down without accommodations for their residence. Bell Westford is just taking advantage and trying to profit off of anything. Bell Westford needs to set accommodations in place and handle business properly like a business should. Everyone here is paying way over 2000, and Bell Westford it’s just stealing from their residence. Please do your part and set accommodations in place and not close everything down, learn from other businesses and stop being a greedy kid.
