I am greatly pleased with the excellent service and high quality flower arrangement Mike was able to delivery on short notice just before Christmas Eve this year. He provided great guidance to me on my selection over the phone and went out of his way to ensure that the arrangement was delivered on time. I will definitely choose Floral Arts Flowers in the future.
I spoke with Michael, the owner, to create an arrangement for a dear friend. Michael was very easy to work with and kindly accommodated my request for a late afternoon delivery. The arrangement was simply stunning, a beautiful work of art. My friend adored it - she said the photo she sent to me doesn't do it justice. Thank you for the care you took in helping to make this day so special for my friend.
Ultimately a nice arrangement was sent but did not match what I had originally ordered. This was meant to be for a birthday, but delivery was made a day late. When I called to figure out the issue, the owner himself spoke to me and explained the situation. I did appreciate that, however I would have appreciated the initiation on their part to inform me of the complications with the order.
I ordered the Sunshine Surprise basket of flowers for a friend and it was beautiful and delivered on time. It looked like the picture I saw online when I placed the order.
