Earlier today, went to purchase NAC & zinc. When I went to check-out the guy launched into a sales pitch for their rewards program. I told him that I wasn't interested. He persisted and I said, "no thanks, I just want to make this purchase." He became indignant and persisted. At that point, I said, "I am NOT going to sign up. Now, just let me pay." He said, "sure" and laughed and shook his head, as he took my card. Seriously, WTF?? Why do I need to argue with this guy when all I want to do is make a purchase. This guy has absolutely no concept of customer service, whatsoever. And because if it, I will not be coming back.

I’ve always been intimidated to walk into a GNC due to my lack of knowledge on general nutrition and health. But was greeted by the employee(who I found out was also the manager) as soon as I walked in. As I was browsing around, he came over and asked if I had any questions. He informed me on the different types of proteins they offered, what they’re specifically for and recommended me what products will help me reach my goal. Very patient and helpful overall. Now I’ll pop in to grab an energy drink, sometimes seeing new employees. But the manager continues to greet me and help whenever he’s there
This store has hardcore supplements at great prices, and rarely do I find an item out of stock such as GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil, GNC Mega Men 50 Plus, and GNC Herbal Plus Milk Thistle! Great selection plus the store manager is very knowledgeable. Easy parking!
Called several times no answer. Drove 15 minutes to get there, handwritten sign on door says, "Be back in 20 minutes" I waited an hour an half, finally left. I'm finding another store amd/or cancelling my GNC Pro Account. There are other option .
The attendant kind of had a attitude when I was asking questions, and I felt very uncomfortable browsing around. So just bought what I needed and left swiftly. Bad customer service!!! Will not go in this store ever again.
The store hours are supposed to be 10am to 8pm. It's 10:45am on a Thursday customers are waiting outside some have left because the store is still not open. Can you believe that??? This store doesn't care about its customers.
1:15 and the door is locked. I've waited for 25 minutes- everyone needs to eat, but if you take an hour lunch, don't list that you're open from 10:00 to 8:00.
