Senior Helpers of Westford were pivotal in easing the recent transition of my mother in law to memory assisted living. As a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, I am familiar with industry "Best practices". I was impressed with the professional support , skill level and kindness of all the staff at Senior Helpers. I am grateful for the quick response from Jim , in the office and the kindness and care provided to my mother in law by Danielle and Sarah. I highly recommend Senior Helpers and I will keep them as first on my list for future needs.

Our family was very pleased with the services we received from the owners and staff of Senior Helpers of Westford. When I was looking for help with my mom, they were quick to jump right in offering to help. The caregiver was very willing to help mom with whatever she needed. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very start they were attentive, kind, reliable and completely professional in every way. This is such a personal service, having people come into your home and care for your elderly parent (my mother in this case) and they are so wonderful to her. The helpers have been friendly additions to our weekly schedule and they treat my mother with such dignity, compassion and respect. The office is proactive and is in touch immediately with any issues or schedule changes. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants in home care for an elderly family member. They are even kind and attentive to my dog!
My Aunt and I are so grateful for this agency. The caregivers are compassionate, caring and very helpful. They help engage my Aunt in meaningful conversations and have helped her immensely as she transitioned to assisted living. It gives my family peace of mind knowing she is getting the support she needs when she needs it.
Senior Helpers’ staff has been extremely helpful to my cousin and me in dedicating their efforts to ensuring that my cousin was well taken care of. Jim and his colleagues were also kind and patient to us as we navigated the world of sudden disability in a state in which I did not live. Without Senior Helpers I would have been lost.
I was seeking a health care aid to assist my 98-year old mother. She just started a decline in her health and needed assistance around the house. Elizabeth and Jim and their staff are incredibly professional, who are compassionate and care. Once I spoke to Jim I was confident he would find just the right person to help mom, bring a friendly face and companionship and give mom a feeling of safety, knowing she had someone who personally cared about her.
