I had a heavy box to return to Amazon. I am severely disabled; got out o my car with the box, approached the entry door, and was greeted by a young man who opened the door, took the box from me, put the return label I got from Amazon on the package, and gave me a receipt. I was out of there quicker than it took me to post this review. Awesome service!!

For someone reason the Notary at this location has a problem Notarizing documents. I come in to have a document notarized and I get an explanation saying they can't notarize a big list of documents because they are a \franchise\. I go to any other UPS store in another location and they have absolutely no problems in Notarizing the same document. This has happened twice. Apparently the rules apply very differently to the Notary located in UPS Westford. The Manager at this location should take notice!!!!
