We shop at the Westford toy shop for our two girls and have had good shopping experiences. Our oldest is now beyond the toy store but the younger one is still going strong! Customer service is great and they will set your toy purchases aside till you are ready to pick them up. Katlyn is very helpful with suggestions and will also wrap your purchases when you call them in over the phone. I would recommend them over the "big box" stores any day. -Wade

A phenomenally well run Toy Shop with quality in mind. A place where I can get the help I need selecting the item I want for whatever occasion. The friendly staff will also expertly wrap a gift in the paper I select and, if needed, arrange to have it shipped anywhere it has to go. A one stop dynamo. They always seem to have the "In" toys and the toys that not everyone carries. I can think of no better place to go whether you visit the store or shop on line than the Toy Shop of Westford.
