We have worked with Scott for over five years. He is very personable, has a lot on integrity and has helped us along our journey of making fitness a priority, and working out more often. Scott will push our limits, but is yet very cognizant about what we can do. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and individualized exercise programs set us up for success. Scott is a runner, and got me started on running 5K races as well. I highly recommend Scott for helping improve your lifestyle and wellbeing.

I’ve loved training with Well Being Fitness. Scott and I have worked together for several years and he is always able to tailor my workouts to best support my life and schedule. When I turned 46, my family and I were on a ski trip, and for the first time ever, I started having trouble keeping up with my children. I knew that I needed strength training if I were to continue enjoying adventure vacations with my family. I signed up with Scott, and two years later, I feel that I am in better shape now than in my early 40's. I did not think that was possible. Working with Scott has been a successful and enjoyable experience. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. His new gym has excellent equipment and a great interior.

I am 69 and have been working with Scott for a little over four years now. What I like most about Scott is that he is a excellent coach and trainer. He focuses on your goals and objectives with physical fitness and diet. He developes a personal plan to allow you to hit your benchmarks. I very much look forward to the diversified approach of aerobic and weight bearing exercises. Scott keeps me tuned up and ready for skiing in the winter and my many warmer weather activities. Scott is a terrific guy and knows his his stuff. You will enjoy your workouts and enjoy feeling at the top of your game.
