Hotel is quite nice. It's going through a remodel, so since sections are covered in paint, and wood chippings. The finished rooms are very nice. They have the needed toiletries.

I can't honestly say enough about the front desk staff being so accommodating and kind. Whatever I inquired they were right on top of things from the very beginning of booking and getting rooms closer together for New Year's because of the kids too needing tissues at 1:00 in the morning. The rooms we had (4) were clean and really nice. Our bed in the suite was very comfortable and the pillows well those were fantastic.! Pool hours where limited to hour schedules. You have to sign up for our time slots for you and your family to go to the pool. Very covid friendly and done right! Never once did any of us worry with all there safe guards in place.
We had very good time using the hotel pool on Christmas Day 12/25/2020 till we came a cross front desk attendant Laura. Such person should not be allowed near any customers. We where refused pool access because we were “late” to our booked time. With two toddlers it was disappointing. Hope never will see you again.
Have been here twice for Best Buy. The convention area is clean and the staff is very accommodating. Additional chairs, tables, adjust the temperature, we asked for it all. No problem for them. Food for lunch was fine. Pastries and continental breakfast of sorts was fine. Snacks in the afternoon are very good. Knowing of course that each client can choose different items. Each time here, I've been very happy with everything.
Looking for a place to stay that takes serious and amazing cautious against Covid? RIGHT HERE!!!! Seriously after being in an emergency situation where I was forced to travel this hotel BY FAR exceeded Expectations and other hotels on procedures and cleanliness. I feel SAFE here! I’m High risk and take this virus very seriously and I have nothing but all the praise in the world for this hotel because they cared about my safety as much as I did without me ever even having to ask! I wish I could give them 100 stars!
This is our second year staying in Westford as we make our annual trip to Tenants Harbor, ME. We love that it is pet friendly. It is a very nice place.
Great rate for a stay after company Christmas party. Room was very clean and comfy and staff was awesome. Friendly and accommodating. Beautiful display of Christmas trees that made my day! Decor a bit dated.
I was here for a company business meeting great place! The food wasn't too bad. Overall the room had great sound quality and was really comfortable to sit at least 250 plus people I thought it was easy to find and it was really convenient. The hotel is generally nice and the staff seems friendly that would definitely book another business meeting here.
