Absolutely top notch customer service. Very informative technicians that explain what they are doing and what I should be doing and why. They had me on a call list to get an earlier appointment and made every effort to get me in sooner. I was able to get an appointment a month earlier than expected! Thank you!
Had my first appointment this week. The front staff were friendly and were welcoming. The person cleaning my teeth was polite and not too rough. Dentist was thorough and talked to me, not about me when going over my teeth.
This clinic is so friendly and they consult very accurately. I did 2 wisdom tooth extractions with them and it was very well done by the clinic. They file claims to your insurance company for you which is awesome. I strongly Recommend for international students.
This was the worst dental experience of my life! The woman dentist was beyond unprofessional and completely rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! She requires a serious attitude adjustment; Its a wonder how she even still has clients. I feel sorry for her employees. She is condescending and extremely arrogant. Save your money go somewhere else where you will not be judged by this horrid dentsit.
Do not recommend going here. There are way better dental offices in town. Dont waste your time
This is a great dental clinic! They are thorough and very friendly. It is refreshing to have a female dentist to go to in Thunder Bay.
