Poor customer servic . Lied about delivery tim . Its 33 degrees out and tell me delivery before . Call at 445 and find out that the delivery guy was to lazy to deliver to my addres . No call to advise and called into the office and they could care less telling me they might be able to get to it tomorrow. Worst customer service and staff I've felt with in a long time. Gonna have to find another company to deliver to me. Eel river fuel will deliver next day and dont have to wait weeks and good someone will show up..

I really want to come back to this review to raise the rating. I've been to this place twice in the past month and the car wash has been out of service. I would understand but I was told the first time that it would be up later today. Don't lie about it because I came back 20 miles out of the way to use it. They did have a good selection of healthy snacks available as well as fresh donuts.

I'm done. I have put up with the crappy service in the past to get cheap gas but yesterday the service level sunk to a new low. I paid for car wash at pump only to find that the car wash had been closed for days but they would not give a refund and continued to offer car washes for sale at the pump. The obviously inexperienced girl at the register was unprofessional and rude as she pointed to a sign on the wall that said no car wash refunds. Apparently she was too dense to see the absurdity in that I was not complaining about the car wash. I COULDN'T GET ONE! I tired to call to speak to the manager several times today but no one would pick up. They have names for businesses like yours..... A Business that will no longer get any of my money! So good luck with your advertising! I guess you will need to new customers since you don't seem to respect the ones you have, or should I say you had.

If these people are even slightly better than O'Farrell propane which is the worst propane company in all of existence but if these people are even half as not horrible as them they probably have a customer for life I need you to bring one of those big tanks and fill it up and get it all set up because you know what the f****** propane at my place is not working it's been like that for ever it is super depressing it doesn't work oh and everything is terribly terribly Reliant I have to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to change out propane and put in electric only propane
