I’ve been seeing Dr. Naem for about 2 and a half years now, and I’m very happy with him as my GI doctor. He is always friendly, thorough and takes his time explaining things to me. I’ve also had a good experience with his staff each time I have an appointment. I’m definitely pleased with my care here.

I changed to North Shore Gastro after my prior GI retired. Dr Naem and his staff have been great and make you feel comfortable and welcome. I am glad my Family Doctor referred me to them.

The people here were all very nice but after assuring me that they were more than competent with needles, they put the IV into my wrist instead of my hand on one side and did a blood draw from my wrist on the other. They did severe damage to my wrists and hands i don't know whether they hit muscle or bone but 8 days later both are still bruised and in excruciating pain. I would not let them near me with a needle again if my life depended on it.

Great Doctors, amazing Nurses but really poor receptionist (some of worst in all of Ohio). Idk how someone can treat a patient so rudely and not even allow them to finish what they're saying before abruptly hanging-up on them for no good reason.
