Always clean my car as well as possible with the tools I pay for them to use. Really great prices on clay bar treatment and detailing. Always down to haggle and I have loved their service since I got my first car.

Significantly better than most other car washes. Yes it costs more, but it's worth it. You never have to ask them to redo anything. The floor mats get reinstalled properly. The wheels get wiped down properly. Worth the extra 5 to 10 to not worry about it. They do good work here. Definitely recommend it.

Came in for a SMOG check with the free car wash deal. My vehicle reading came back not ready so Mike tells me you need to drive the car 100 - 150 miles and come back so I can retest it for you. I opted not to take the car wash since I was going to come back anyways. I had to come back multiple times and on the third occasion finally the car was ready. He had me wait 30 mins for him then tells me he has to charge me another retest fee. I was like you never mentioned that the first time. He then says yes, look at your SMOG test paper. Well what he did was write it down underneath all the stapled sheets of paper and claim that he told me about it. But my pink slip copy didn't have that written on it. I told him you told me to drive 100 - 150 miles but nothing about more fees. I asked him if he thought that was fair. He's like time is money and I have to charge you. I told him that was deceptive business practice and I would report it to the Bureau of Automotive repair. He then tells me to move my car and goes on to test another vehicle. I was like so now you're not going to test my vehicle? He then tells me to move my vehicle and he will get to me after he's done with the other vehicle. I was like WHAT I WAS NEXT. So to add insult to injury he engaged in more deception by trying to tell me to wait even longer with no intention of performing my SMOG test. I asked to speak to the manager and he tells me go inside. Well the manager tells me he's the owner talk to him. I said what the heck is up with that. He says to me: \you rubbed me the wrong way.\ Very, very deceptive behavior I will never go there again. I would stay way from this place. Unprofessional and deceptive.

I brought my car in today to get a smog check and with the smog check they were offering a free car wash. Not only was my car not very dirty to begin with due to the heavy rains but there were also half a dozen guys just sitting around due to the slow business - I can safely say that they only hosed my car off at best and did not clean anything else. I will not be coming back here for a car wash! I have attached an image of my wheel to show all of the brake dust still present right after the wash.
