Woke up cold. Diagnosed the furnace myself and found a bad blower capacitor. The owner was responsive and allowed me to text photos of the bad capacitor before I came in to ensure he had a new one in stock. Overall great experience. The guy really seemed to care and wanted to help. Would definitely recommend !!!!

Death On Two Legs

Very professional. I needed a furnace part ASAP and I found this place nearby and called him. He had me send a pick of the part I needed and within 5 minutes he texted me back, telling me the part was in stock and the price of it. Went and picked it up and installed it and my furnace fired right up.

Great company, highly recommend. My furnace blower went out on 4th of July and calling for 90 heat the next fee days. Only company I could find open. Super helpful talked me through disassembling and putting it back together. They got me the parts I needed and saved me from some miserably hot days.

I wish I got this type of service everywhere I shopped. Needed a inducer motor for my furnace. Called to get a price and the owner asked if I could send him a pic of the part to insure he was quoting three right price and part. Sent him the pic and he called right back and gave me the price and ensure it was a original equipment part from Carrier, not aftermarket. Placed the order over the phone with debit card. When I got there to pick the part up, the owner met me at the door and was very polite. Opened the part to show me it was new and since I had the old one with me, showed me how to take all the old housing, fan, and cage off of the old one and place on the new one. Informed me that the cages could sometimes be difficult to get off and what I should do if it was. This was service that you don't see or get everyday!!!!! I wil gladly shop here again and recommend anyone looking for parts or service to call!!!!!
