Staff only speaks very little English as the other reviewers mentioned. I went on Sunday evening with my husband and they gestured that the rooms are small so we need to be in separate rooms. A male customer came out of one of the room and I was taken into that room, where it smelt sweaty and like a dirty person.... ugh.... I gestured that it smelt bad and they just sprayed Fabreeze.... they didn’t provide towels to cover myself so I just sat and waited for the masseuse but she came in and told me to take off all my clothing including bra.... The massage itself was ok but after the massage, the Chinese masseuse asked for tip even before I was back dressed and when I gave her 20%, she made a complaining and disappointed gesture. Not pleasant. Overall, my husband and I both had a good massage but quite surprised with the unpleasant experience I had to go through️
The staff speak very little English, so they don't listen to you when you tell them anything. The therapist was very rough and I left in more pain than what I came in with. I paid for a full massage and she only did my upper back.
Great massage! Actually I would say Amazing! The first time here was great and the second was the best massage I ever had!
