What a great bunch of people here, the girl in the office and the guys that came out to do the work! One of the hottest days of the year and I had no air working. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning was my 2nd call today but they sent someone out here within probably 30 minutes and had the a/c back working, cleaned and putting out the cold air in no time!! Next time they will be my 1st call!!! Thank you all, very much appreciated!!! Highly recommended

We had a new furnace installed in April as our existing one was 36 years old and on it's last legs. The response time was great. We had an appointment time set in a timely manner and were able to do the install about a week later. The installation crew did a good job and were very friendly. We love the new furnace can have peace of mind that we will be able to stay warm this coming winter. The warranties were great too. We will definitely recommend your business to anyone we know that needs work done and will be considering your business when we can afford to replace our air conditioner too. Thank you!

Brad diagnosed the issue with our furnace not running as efficiently as it should, gave us the best solution for the problem and remedied it.
