This is the best Mexican food in the area. That being said. I'll probably never come back here. I have never had so many issues trying to order food. This is literally the FOURTH time nobody has answered the phone - I walked in, and was told the kitchen closed 15mins before and turned away. Today is 6pm on a Tuesday. Last time I was told the same thing at like 7-8 on another weekday. I'll miss you.

I love this market. I was able to get all ingredients I needed for cooking. The meat selection is perfect, you can but prechopped marinated or regular cuts without seasoning. It’s a smaller joint but they definitely have what is needed. The pico, regular salsa and creamy salsa are very good. From the menu I ordered tacos, tamales and two California burritos. The tacos and tamales are excellent. The burrito was not what the menu said but it was good. The only reason I gave lower marks is because the burrito was not what I thought I would get. I was in a hurry so this could have been remedied but I didn’t have the time. If you’re planning on placing a large order or are in a hurry call ahead so they have the time and you’re not rushed. Chris is very helpful and thorough if you need anything or help deciding, he’s the one with the answers.

Taco tuesday here is great. 99 cent traditional Mexican tacos. Very good. Bought some of the creamy green salsa. OMG, that is the best I have ever had. Better than taqueria El Rey in Mexican town which I thought was the best.

Our first time there picking up carry out. The food we got was amazing and full of flavor. Ground beef flour tacos, Santa fe Burrito, Carne asada Quesadilla, cheese fries and homemade chips and salsa. Excellent authentic Mexican food! I'd like to add that the restaurant and the market were presentable and clean. We'll definitely be back for more. Enjoy!
